Hey everyone! It's Krys! Its been a while^^
I've been wanting to try out CL's super bad ass make up for a while now and am happy to finally be able to get to it. I absolutely LOVE her style and her attitude. She's not the prettiest but she has so much swag and is never afraid to be different. She's really experimental and adventurous when it comes to fashion and makeup and I personally really respect that. I also love her voice~it's so unique and strong. Anyways, here is a picture of her from a while ago but I want to show you guys how I did my version of her look.
By the way, sorry for the difference in lightingin my pictures …I was going back and forth between my room and bathroom trying to figure out the place with best lighting...keke...I promise I wont do that next time!><
So...shall we start?
What I've used:
Brown eyeshadow. (Darker shades are more preferable) |
Top: highlighting pen for inner corners of eyes. Middle: eyeliner pencil. Bottom: liquid eyeliner. |
1. Get your hair out of the way and start with clean face. Conceal dark circles with concealer if necessary. |
2. Apply brown eyeshadow on your lids with finger. Start from outer corner and blend inwards. |
3. It should look something like this. |
4. With eyes open, start drawing a guideline like so using eyeliner pencil. CL usually keeps her upper and lower lashline separate, so we're gonna work on the upper lashline first. |
5. From outer corner of eye, draw a slanted line that connects the line above. |
6. Bring the guide line down to inner corner. |
7. Line lower waterline. It's actually my fist time lining my waterline (eek!) the idea always freaks me out...lol |
8. Connect the upper line and lower waterline in the inner corner. |
9. Do the same for the other eye. |
10. Check and see if you like the overall effect. Just keep tweaking both sides until you're happy with the look! |
11. Starting from middle of the lower lashline, thicken the liner. |
12. Again from outer corner of eye, draw a line, this time slanting downward and connect it to lower lashline. |
13. So now the guidelines are done! |
14. So go ahead and fill in the guidelines with liner pencil, keeping edges soft. |
15. Go on top of the pencil liner with liquid eyeliner to blacken the look. |
16. Make sure to keep the wing looking clean. Use wet tissue/ q-tip to help if needed. |
17. Highlight inner corners of eyes. And...we're done! |
Here's the final look...and not gonna lie...I'm liking what I see! Now I can at least FEEL like i'm as cool as CL...lol jk |
내가 제일 잘나가! LOL |
